Richard L. Teberg Award

The Richard L. Teberg Award is presented to Yiang Chen for demonstrating the highest overall proficiency in the area of securities law. Yiang receives a monetary award and the Dean’s Certificate.  He earned an A+ in Takeovers & Tender Offers among other high grades. Yiang attended East China University of Political Science and Law. He received his Bachelor of Arts in English and his LLB. Yiang was a member of the Business and Finance Law Review.
