With Gratitude
The four years that I spent in the evening program felt like both forever and a moment. I will cherish all of the friendships that I made with students from the full-time and part-time programs, from all over the world, and from all different backgrounds. I will also take away so many lessons and relationships made with professors who showed: a passion for the law, an ability to help students think critically, and a genuine interest in my personal success at GW Law and beyond.
I thank God for all of the blessings he gave me and my family over the past years, and for leading me to and through law school. He always has a plan, even if we are not aware of it.
I cannot give enough praise to my wife--my rock. Her support was critical, especially on those late nights when I had class and on the weekends when I had to catch up on reading and schoolwork. I also could not have done this without my "other parents," as my in-laws were critical support for us (and our baby girl) during my 4LE year. Last but not least, I thank my parents, who showed me the value of hard work, and my sister, who showed me unconditional love and support throughout all of my time in higher education.
