Michael Dillon Cooley Memorial Award

The Michael Dillon Cooley Memorial Award is presented to the member of the graduating Juris Doctor class who most successfully maintained his or her compassion, vitality, and humanity during law school. This award is highly coveted because the recipient is selected by a vote of the graduating class. The recipient of the Michael Dillon Cooley Award, AJ Link, will receive an engraved plaque.  

AJ studied Philosophy, earning his Bachelor of Arts from University of South Florida, Honors College. He was also extremely active in student organizations including founding and leading a new student organization in his 2L year. AJ served as Senator in the GW Student Association, representing the law school in a university-wide government association.
